How does it work? Think of something big (or small) you want to do. What's stopping you? Chances are you've got a really good story that's covering up an unspoken fear. Here's how to identify it:
- Examine if your fear stems from a fear of not belonging, a fear of not being right, or a fear of losing control.
- Identify it.
- Name it.
- Think about something you love that can help you overcome that fear.
